Nonwoven Fabric Perforation Slitter Rewinder
Nonwoven fabric perforation slitter rewinder is mainly used to slit rewind of nonwoven fabric roll wiping cloth roll,
dust-free paper roll, wiping paper roll etc. The product roll is with perfoation line,like 50 pieces/roll, 60 pieces/roll,
80 pieces/roll, 120 pieces/roll,can tear off one by one.
Production process:
Raw material on machine → Perforation → Slitting → Reinding → Finished product
Features:
1. Screw perfoation mechanism, the perforation line distance is 100-300 mm option, with high accuracy and small slope error.
2. Pneumatic feeding device, unwinding roll adopts air shaft locked, and unwinding tension is controlled by electromagnetic powder brake and manual tension controller.
3. Rewinding tension is adjustable.
4. Automatic meter counting.
