Process Flow:

1. Loading of gauze roll (90mm) onto the machine, trim edges (waste edge rewinding), cut to 60mm width → Soak in liquid (heating function included; adjustable 40–100°C) → Oven drying → Cut into 60x60mm pieces; 2. Simultaneously, load adhesive tape onto the machine → Peel off backing paper → 3. Bond 60x60mm gauze to PU adhesive tape (simultaneously dispense liquid onto gauze; controllable volume) → Fold and laminate left and right release papers → 4. Die-cut outer shape → 5. Insert dressing into pouch → Automatic pouch making, sealing, and packaging → Finished product output
