Make-up remover cotton pads packing machine(pillow type) is an automated device specially used for pillow-shaped packaging of cotton pads. It is suitable for independent packaging of single or multiple cotton pads,round or square cotton pads, and is commonly used in cosmetics and daily chemical production lines.
Features:
Feeding: The conveyor belt automatically conveys cotton pads,include round type and square type.
Film unwinding: Load the packaging film rolls,like CPP, PE and other heat-sealable materials on the machine ,
Forming: Fold the film into a cylinder to wrap the cotton pads.
Vertical sealing: Heat seal the longitudinal seam of the film.
Horizontal sealing and cutting: Transverse sealing and cutting to form an independent pillow-shaped package.
Control system: PLC & touch screen control parameters (temperature, speed, length, etc.).
Production Processing:
Cosmetic cotton pads are arranged on the conveyor belt → film wrapping → longitudinal sealing → transverse sealing → cutting → finished product output.
