IV Catheter Remaining Needle Patch Packaging Machine
IV catheter remainning needle patch packaging machine is a fully automated machine designed specifically for the production and packaging of transparent dressings and remaining needle patches. This machine is capable of continuously cutting, laminating, and forming using tape, cotton, and release paper, and can also perform automatic packaging. It is suitable for processing and packaging non-woven dressings, PU waterproof dressings, wound dressings, self-adhesive sterile dressings, infusion patches, and remaining needle patches.
Machine is equipped with intelligent servo drive technology, and its operations are controlled by the PLC to ensure precise fabrication of the patches, accurate film dispensing, stable material transportation, and precise bag cutting.
