High Speed Automatic Band Aid Packaging Machine
High speed automatic band aid packaging machine is suitable to produce and packing first aid bandage by plain cloth,elastic cloth, non woven fabric, PE film, PVC film.
Features:
1. The equipment adopts multiple sets of servo motors, which are accurate in positioning and easy to change in size and specification during production.
2. The roll cutting technology adopted by this machine in cutting and slicing can replace the traditional low-speed slicing method, greatly improving the efficiency.
3. Use 6 sets of magnetic particle clutch and 7 sets of Loadcell detector to stabilize the tension of each material during production and feeding.
4. The 10-inch color touch screen is used for operation, which can be easily adjusted and set.
5. Each group of feeding system is equipped with an electric eye, which can automatically stop when the material is used up and send out an alarm sound to reduce the generation of defective products.
