Fully Automatic Eye Patch Machine
Fully automatic eye patch machine is our latest design model,it integrated slicing, liquid adding and packaging machine.
Machine can automatically complete the production of eye patches in one go: cutting, liquid adding, bag making and packaging,after loading of the nonwoven fabric roll and packaging film roll.
Process flow:
Up and down two rolls non-woven fabric rolls load on the machine → Roller cutting → Liquid adding → Eye patch pack into bags → Automatic bag making, sealing and packaging → Finished product
Features:
1. Color touch screen operation, 6-axis servo drive system, PLC programmable controller intelligently controls the operation of the whole machine, and the operation is simple and stable.
2. The eye patch cutting and forming adopts a round-pressed round roller cutting mold. By replacing the roller cutting mold, different sizes can make, such as: oval eye patches and comma-shaped eye patches.
3. 3 lanes packaging, high efficiency,high output.
