Cooling gel sheet forming coating machine is mainly used for the coating of hydrophilic polymer hydrogel for cold application. It is formed 

by rolling composite coating. The evenly mixed hydrogel matrix is coated on the spunlace cloth with a blanking device, and then compounded

with polyethylene film to achieve the purpose of coating forming.

The machine will coat the prepared hydrogel evenly between the non-woven fabric and the embossed film through the quantitative shaft, 

form it through the forming roller shaft, and then cut it longitudinally through the pneumatic slitting, cross cut with the rolling cutter, and 

output the product.
