BZK Antiseptic Swab Packaging Machine
BZK antiseptic swab packaging machne is special model for packaging of alcohol swabs,alcohol wipes,alcohol pad,alcohol prep pad,remover pad,cleansing pad,povidone-iodine prep pad etc.
Machine adopts 304 stainless steel and in simple structure, PLC control,touch panel, can adjust the packing temperature and speed according to the packing material,product's thickness and length,user friendly.
Features:
1.Temperature PID control, better to fit to all kinds of packing material.
2. High precision photoelectric eye color mark tracking, digital input sealing position, make the sealing and cutting position more precise.
3. Positioning stop function, no sticky knife, no waste packaging film.
4. The drive system is simple, reliable and easy to maintain.
5. The packing speed and liquid dosing capacity can be adjusted.
