Automatic Cartoning Machine
Automatic cartoning machine is automatic high speed continuous cartoning machine which is high performance product incorporates pneumatic, photo, electric, mechanic in one. It suitable for automatic inserting aluminium foil roll,cling film roll, bottle, soft tube,face mask etc into carton, also can link to matching machine to form production line.
Machine can finish automatically all jobs such as manual folding, paper box opening, the stuff boxing, batch number printing, box sealing and so on. It can be used alone, or be linked with the other device.
Features:
1.Adopt PLC automatic control system, frequency conversion.
2.Photoelectric system monitors all parts moving. If there is malfunction during the running, the wrong place will be shown and the machine can stop automatically.
3.Reject automatically the box which is lack of stuff or specification.
4.If the stuff or specification lack, the paper box will stop feeding.
5.Performance is stable. The operation is easy and convenience.
6.The machine can feed and box continually, the machine can instead of 15-20 the workload of workers.
