10Pieces Disposable Face Mask Packaging Machine
10 pieces disposable face mask packaging machine is specially used for packaging of disposable flat masks, such as medical masks, surgical masks, disposable protective masks and other four side sealing products.
Features:
1. The top herringbone belt open,no need make V-shaped easy tear off notch, more convenient to use.
2. Double mother roll feeding, suitable for different combinations of paper + plastic film, paper + paper etc.
3. Double servo motor control, PLC programmable controller intelligently control the whole machine, accurate bag making and stable operation.
4. Two lanes production,single pieces or 10pieces pack of mask,stable in production and user friendly.
Process flow:
Manual placement of the mask → stable conveying of the mask → bagging → bag making → sealing → cutting → product conveying
