Vaseline gauze also called paraffin gauze or petrolatum gauze is a sterile, non-adherent dressing made of fine-mesh gauze impregnated with white vaseline/paraffin. It creates a protective, soothing barrier that keeps
the wound moist, prevents the dressing from sticking, and allows exudate to drain into an absorbent secondary bandage.
Features:
1.Vaseline/Paraffin gauze pad boasts a water-resistant, non-adherent ointment base.
2.Cotton tulle material is soft yet durable.
3.With a knitted open-weave construction impregnated with white paraffin, which wound drainage and provide optimal ventilation, fostering an ideal wound healing climate.
Application:
Vaseline/Paraffin gauze pads are ideal for minor burns and scalds, skin grafts, leg ulcers, abrasions and lacerations, and surgical wounds. Paraffin gauze acts as a primary wound contact layer dressing.
Sizes:
Small size: 5cm x 5cm, 7.5cm x 10cm, 10 cm x 10 cm, etc.
Large size: 10 cm x 7 m or roll of 15 cm x 2 m
Packaging:
Each compress is packed in a disposable peel pack (aluminium film bag) for effective sterilization, safe handling, and storage.
